Supported upload principles
Use the upload control provided by the feature. The application may impose file-type, size, duration, dimensions or processing requirements that differ between product images, community media and Reels.
Product images
- 1Use clear photos of the actual product.
- 2Include useful angles and disclose meaningful defects.
- 3Wait until upload processing finishes before submitting the listing.
- 4Replace an image if it is genuinely wrong or misleading.
Video and Reels
Video can require an upload and processing stage before it becomes available. Avoid assuming that a completed file transfer means the content is already published or visible.
Voice notes
Voice notes should be used for useful conversation rather than sharing passwords, OTPs, payment credentials or private information.

Why does my uploaded media keep flashing or reloading?＋
The application uses cached media and stable image keys where available. If a specific file repeatedly reloads, check the network and whether the source URL is changing on every render.
Can I upload someone else’s photo?＋
Only when you have the necessary permission or lawful right to use it. Do not publish private or copyrighted media without the required rights.
Why is a Reel still processing?＋
Large media can require server-side processing and, where applicable, moderation before final visibility.
