How do I buy a gadget?+

Search or browse, open the listing, check product and seller details, add to cart or use the available purchase action, then follow the official checkout flow.

How do I sell a gadget?+

Open Sell, complete the listing fields, upload clear media, review the details and submit the listing for the applicable review process.

How do I report a suspicious listing?+

Use the available report control or official support route and preserve the listing and transaction context.

Nova AI

What can Nova do?+

Nova can help with gadget questions, marketplace navigation, comparisons, research and supported seller/buyer workflows. Verify important current facts against live listings or authoritative sources.

Does Nova need my password?+

No. Never provide passwords, OTPs, PINs, CVVs or private keys to Nova.

Payments and subscriptions

How do I know a payment is real?+

Confirm the official order or subscription record. Do not rely on screenshots, forwarded notifications or messages as proof of payment.

What if a subscription payment succeeds but access does not activate?+

Keep the payment reference and use the Subscription verification/retry control before making another payment.

Community and safety

How do I report abusive content?+

Use the report control on the relevant content where available, or contact official support with the relevant context.

What should I never share in a chat?+

Never share passwords, OTPs, PINs, CVVs, private keys or unnecessary identity documents.
