Prohibited products
Counterfeit, stolen, unlawfully obtained or materially misrepresented products must not be listed or sold through Gadget Trade.
Seller responsibility
- Use the correct brand and model.
- Disclose used, refurbished and repaired condition accurately.
- Do not describe replicas or clones as originals.
- Do not alter identifying information to conceal a device identity.
Buyer checks
Compare the listing with the actual product, inspect identifying details where possible and report material authenticity concerns before or after a transaction.
